DYNO --- I had the same problem last weekend. Solved the problem by reemoving the rod with the two plastic balls on it from the water outlet hoses. Ran right at 160 deg after that. The cold lake water is probably causing your problem. TOO much cold water too close to the engine water.

Thanks guys I'll try some new stats and tinkers trick also look at the diagram on bams sight (thanks Mr.Cigg)
and holy cow how the hell are you Dan!!!!!!things are great with th ewife and I and the kidlet is great too!!!she's had a couple boat rides and seams to like it as long as I keep the silent choice off!!! thats my girl...cold as a ***** up here yet but getting better!
