Default adjusting carb and timing

should i adjust my holley 650 carb on the trailer or when its in the water and also the timing, who is good in the ct, mass area, thank you

if your carb has a choke you should let the boat run in the water for app 10 minutes to make sure the choke is fully opened before u do any adjusting of carb or timing.if u are unsure,take the boat to someone who is familiar with this type of work,the cost wont be a lot and it could save u a lot in the long run.

I just had my timing and carbs adjusted. Had it adjusted in the water. Cost $100 for both motors.
