Yeah I'm on the TN River as well and am wondering what the best color would be, I saw them on some of the big Sea Ray's last year, and I'm pretty sure theirs were just the attwoods, cuz it was a very brownish white light coming from under the transom, still cast a light that looked to go at least 5-10 feet past the rear of the boat. If they were the attwoods, then anything I'm looking at is going to be much better light.

I think 1/2 blue, 1/2 white like the Seablaze 3's or some custom Coastalnightlights.com might look alright.

We sell the Shadow-Caster's, Available in 5 Brilliant LED colors. Here's the colors we offer -
:
Great White - The Brightest. If your looking for simple and bright then look no further.
Aqua Green - Perceived as the best for attracting fish, easily penetrates the water.
Bimini Blue - Most Popular. The light blue color penetrates the water, attracts sea life, adds amazing ambiance to your night-life on the water. Makes brown murky water behind your boat look like a swimming pool!
Ultra-Blue - Dark blue with a component of ultra-violet light that brings a high-tech ambiance to the water around you, causes fluorescent objects to illuminate, attracts sea life, gives your boat a distinguishable look.
Cool Red - Deep Red, looks better in the water than we expected it to.

Now that's a great idea, but wonder how bright that single can be, and being located that low for those that boat in not so clear water?

I'd love to have some underwater lives, but drilling holes in my boat ain't goinna happen. I change my mind to many times and would be stuck with holes.

Anyways, some wanted to see what they look like. I just received mine today. Jury is out on how much it'll lite up. And they are their brighter version too! From the actual LED or convex lens??
Looks like the lens is 2 part epoxied in. At least it smells like fresh epoxy and still a little tacky. For the money, can't go wrong. And when you get tired of them, just remove it, no holes to fill, or transom to repair if you didn't seal your holes.

So what happened to my LED Lights thread, OSO?

BTW, I got it last night, just quickly wired into the boat, with jumper wires and it looks pretty good just sitting on the trailer!  Can’t wait to see it in the water at night. What a great concept, the neighbor kid is going to come and look at it tonight. Can’t wait to see what the white ones look like.

That's what Dean and myself have ordered. I will say RHR (Bob and Brianna) has contacted me after the sale asking my opinion of it, and when I had a concern, they again have contacted me twice with follow ups. Now THAT is customer service!
