what Links or sites to check a VIN # on a Jet Ski b4 the boyz hand over an envelope of CA$H ?? owner has passed and title supposedly is LOST .

Sec of State/DMV or whatever it's called in your state, not sure if you can check online, also probably depends on the state.
Until you verify it, like you are trying to do, or he gets a duplicate, don't do anywhere near it...
