I can't find anywhere what cable ends for 3300 cables are used for the mercury racing/kiekhaefer controls. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your Merc dealer can get them.... They're expensive, I think around $80 for the pair.

I made some using using 3/16" heim joints with a 10/32" thread. I can get you some pics if you need a visual. The pin can be punched out, grind a little bit on the inner part of the control away for clearance, insert the heim joint and replace pin. Then put the cables on, then you run them through the boat. I was going to post this in the DIY on a budget form.

I used something like this. You can get them on ebay for $2ea.
