Default Sea/Fuel Pump Pulley Question

OK everyone... Here goes the dumb question of the day... I would like to know the removal process for the pully on the Raw Water/ Fuel Pump assemble... It looks as though this is a puller scenario, however, I thought I had better ask the experts who may have done this before in hopes of avoiding mistakes which I sometimes make by "just doing it"... The application is a Mercruiser 525SC but I would imagine this to be a typical late model Mercruiser application across the board... Just want to blast, prime and repaint and any help would be greatly appreciated...

Tnx, Karl

If you have an Auto Zone store, they will rent the puller/installer for free. Been there, Done that.

Thanks guys...

I have a puller but just wanted to make sure that it was the proper method... Just a press fit back on over the key? Once
again... Thanks much...

Don't forget you will need a press to put back on, so you may want to mark it as for allignment.

Thanks guys... This would imply that I will need to disassemble the unit out of the boat so that a press can be used... I may not like the news but thanks much for the information...
