Wanted to say thanks to fixx for the inflatable plug idea.

I got put the inflatable plug inside the inner tube and a fernco plug on the outside. Then made a fitting for the distribution tube and hooked it to my compressor. Used the regulator and slowly applied 10lbs of pressure. Shut the valve off and gave it about 10-15 minutes and still had 10lbs.

FYI - a fernco travels about about 20 feet when shot off the end of a header with 10 lbs of pressure and is loud as hell.
