454magnum id number

i have a local guy selling a 454 he is advertising it as a magnum giving me these numbers 0c659404 anybody have any idea if this is a magnum?

ENG: 0C659404 4454110BS MERCRUISER MAGNUM W/ PS 454 BRAVO

Make sure there is a tag with that serial riveted to the block by the starter.
