Default Help Identifing My Engine By Casting ###

My Baja Hammer is a 2001, has a 5.7L 350ci Mercruiser Alpha One. The only #'s I can find is a casting #10248880 just above the flywheel cover on the edge of block. Any other numbers I need and where to look?
Having difficulty locating this number online to help me order new parts I need. Any help would be greatly appriciated

Also found # 2M0907 stamped in block at top left side of timing chain cover. The metal tag that is normally pinned above the starter is no longer there.
