I have never seen any boat engine run 3 carbs and that includes 600ci + stuff. Like was said, you have way too much carb, especially for a 427.

you need to go to 2 carbs, and bump the timing up to 34 deg.with the right tune up,you can make good power with race gas.

I saw a boat in Key West in 1995 with 3 dominators with huge Wipples, 46' Skater with Arnesons, prolly had some huge cubic inch motors, so it has been done. 427 cubic inches you might try triple 600 cfm carbs.

Take 1 carb of and cover the hole with a plate . As for injector hat's they come in all different sizes as well . How much boost are you running with the 14-71 ? Just seem's way over kill for a 427 cu. in. Good luck
