Not that I am, a expert on the MEFI, I would check the pin connectors on the J-1 and J-2 to insure none have backed out. I have seen this happen before. You can also get a manual that will help you troubleshoot the injector harness. I have seen this problem on a Fast System, but only 1 injector quit firing and it was in the ECM.

Get in touh with Eddie at Young Performance Marine in Nashville, TN he is a advertiser/sponor on OSO. He's one of the best around on Whipples.

there is a 3 pin weather pack plug with a blue, green and black wire the injector harness. First make sure it is connected to the main harness. If so disconnect it, use a volt meter and test the voltage from the black wire to ground with the key on only. You should see at lease 12V. This will validate the power to the injectors, it will not validate the injector driver in the ECU.

As others have eluded to check for fuel to the rail.

Thanks Big red

Definetely check it with a noid light. You very well may have lost an injector driver in the ecm. I also have seen where the solder joint breaks in the injector harness that Whipple supplies. The red wire should be hot and the green and blue are the grounds for the 2 different injector drivers.

Guys--

Don't always assume that 40-45 lbs is the right fuel pressure for all set ups. I run 35 lbs with big injectors. Mine was set up by Mark at Precision, who as we all know, is one of the best out there.

The amount of pressure is decided by injector sizing and engine demand. Every motor is different. Not one size fits all.......

Agree 100% on all of the above......including that Mark is one of the best.

Sorry, was not trying to mislead or misinform. A lot of the standard Whipple 3.3 kits are generally set up to run 43-45psi with the injectors whipple supplies, but you are correct that the build could have been set up differently. Thats also why I said get a hold of the original builder/installer to verify.

I have teague 800's that have whipples. Fuel pressure is around 36. The first time I start the motors for the day it takes a while for them to start. Rest of the day they fire off as soon as I hit the key.

1st Check your kill switch. 2nd, un plug the round 10 pin conector conecting boat to the engine and then reinstall.
