yup, just installed one this spring on my 2000 454 MAG, was fine the first 8 years but 09,10,11 i had vaporlock after high speed runs and then shutdown during the hottest days.[wouldnt restart for 30/45 minutes]
everyone told me it was the ethanol in the gas and to install the boosterpump kit
mercruiser p/n-862264 A7 supercedes A4
watch out though, i bought mine off of ebay and it did not have the high pressure fuel line p/n 32-861568001
included instuctions say its supposed to be there , as does mercruiser[i emailed the tech dept and asked]
the seller made good though, ordered and sent me the fuel line[about 150.00 xtra if ya have to buy it]
