What about turn downs? A good stainless steel welding shop should be able to fabricate a set that could clamp onto your existing pipes or extend through the transom and connect to the exhaust hose. I think Gibson makes a set of clamp ons, but they are pricey.

Talk to GGb or Aqua Power Ltd about some new tips/with mufflers that will replace your existing tips. they have good technology which should get your Db sound levels down tro acceptable levels.

Gibson has not really shown great interest in making them
I asked, they pointed me towards mufflers instead.
Told them I am not intested in that aspect, looking more at the turn down, but not a reply from that email :(

How about slip in mufflers/silencers, that is what I use when I need them. Takes 10 minutes for all 4. They will work with your existing setup. Check out CP Performance. I they claim a 10db in noise reduction.

I have thought about this, but limited to room on the inside ports. There is only about 6 inches of hose, so less then 4" of open area between the Y diverter and the tips

Thought about pulling the Y pipe out, going straight out and then put inlines in. But then if that does not quiet it down, then what :(

Slip-ins, you can always take them out...easily.

Somebody already mention CP Performance, they have all sorts of styles, and they really do take the edge off. 10db is a lot.
