What about turn downs? A good stainless steel welding shop should be able to fabricate a set that could clamp onto your existing pipes or extend through the transom and connect to the exhaust hose. I think Gibson makes a set of clamp ons, but they are pricey.

Talk to GGb or Aqua Power Ltd about some new tips/with mufflers that will replace your existing tips. they have good technology which should get your Db sound levels down tro acceptable levels.

I asked, they pointed me towards mufflers instead. Told them I am not intested in that aspect, looking more at the turn down, but not a reply from that email :( |

How about slip in mufflers/silencers, that is what I use when I need them. Takes 10 minutes for all 4. They will work with your existing setup. Check out CP Performance. I they claim a 10db in noise reduction.
Thought about pulling the Y pipe out, going straight out and then put inlines in. But then if that does not quiet it down, then what :( |
Slip-ins, you can always take them out...easily.
Somebody already mention CP Performance, they have all sorts of styles, and they really do take the edge off. 10db is a lot. |
