MEFI adjustment ideas for rich idle on a Procharged motor?

I had a 540, alum. heads, M4 procharger. I believe 96lbs+/- injectors, port injection, fast ecm, fuel pressure starting out at 43 psi, and boost referenced regulator. Mine idled perfect but the lowest I could get afr at idle was around 13.5:1.
No mention of timing has been made. I know I had to mess with my timing to get it to idle perfect.

Maybe I didn't phrase my question well.....
If you lose half the resolution does that mean the MAP reference numbers on the axis no longer correlate to the MAP reading that I see on the 2 ATM MAP sensor in Scanner Pro?
It sounds like I need to multiply the TunerPro MAP numbers by 2 to figure out where I am on the table with a 2 ATM MAP.
The MAP and BPW readings in ScannerPro do not directly correlate with any point in the RUN FUEL vs MAP & RPM table of Tunerpro
