Default dart eagle irons on 502 mpi intake

I wanted to install a set of dart eagle iron cylinder heads on my 502 mpi mag motor. The bolt pattern for the lower intake doesn't match the darts. They are missing an upper thread in the middle of the cylinder head. Anybody run across this? Is there a fix?

I use JB stick and fill the holes in the intake. It's JB weld in a stick form. It's really thick like putty. Just mix the 2 parts together and stuff it in the holes.
