When you say turn over do you mean it dosen't crank over with the starter or it cranks over but does not start?
If you mean it cranks over but doesn't start than easiest thing first would be check the fuse for the fuel pump. Be sure it's tight and making good contact in it's socket. They may have had it out while working on it. Next pull a plug wire and put a extra plug in it. Hold the base of the plug against the block and have someone crank it over to see if your getting spark. If your getting spark than check the pressure in the fuel rail at the service port while cranking the starter.
