I had the same problem with my 1150. It was defintely the secondary not closing all the way. Lubed them a couple times problem went away.

A recent problem I had was the secondary butterfly screws were loose on the shaft, enough so that the secondaries would hang up a tiny bit. Even though the screws are peaned over they still can loosen up. B
