Disconnect all water hoses and drain plugs in block....

reassemble and fill with RV antifreeze through the thermostat hole in the intake for added security

I would just drain it. Like said, pull hoses, block and manifold drains and you are done.

Pull all the hoses and drain plugs (on exhaust manifold and block drains) and blow compressed air through them. I drain my block and exhaust after each use.

In Maine as stated I would drain and blow out, but then use car antifreeze or at least the -100 (purple) RV stuff. You guys get cold up there.
