You may want to check out wolverine block heaters if you are dead set on no winterizing. They will heat the block and the block will radiate heat to the rest of the bilge. Fans fored heat will not work well if your boat is on a lift.

Or add a platform to the lift like many do at LOTO. Makes gear lube changes and winterizing a breeze.
