If I'm sh-t canning my mechanical fuel pump and elec. pump in that piece of Sh-t ....VST off my 454 mag mpi's. And am installing the Aeromotive pump with regulator/ return line back to tank.
Will the wire and relay that feed my existing elec fuel pump in the VST work on the new Aeromotive. This way all the safties are still there.
I assume they make a blank off for where the mechanical pump mounted to the Sea pump??? HELP

Use a blank off plate just like you would for a block-mounted pump.
The Aeromotive pump likely draws more juice than your VST pump. You need to make sure the wiring and relay are sufficient to feed the needs of the Aeromotive. If not, you can still trigger a properly-sized relay with the same signal that currently feeds your VST relay.
The A1000 is serious overkill for your installation. It will pull more juice than you need it to, and it will recirculate much more fuel than your motor needs. This will cause your fuel to run warmer than usual, and with the ethanol in the fuel these days, it can move you closer to the vaporlock threshold on warmer days.
Just think out your whole system before you make your purchases.

Use the power wire/merc relay that currently runs your fuel pump to trigger a new relay that will run your new pump, the little wire that Merc uses will never diirectly run a bigger pump without having a voltage drop. Size your pump appropriately like Mc said too, too much pump will create new problems, Smitty
