Default Stellings Boxes - Leak Diagnosis?

I have Stellings boxes. One has a pesky small leak that I cant track but is just moisture. The other has a leak that fills the box and runs in thru the transom. I have been chasing small leaks in them forever but now one leaks pretty bad.

I replaced:
-Shift cables & new cable boots
-Black silicone on the access doors
-5200 around the boxes on the transom
-Bellows is a year old.
-The stellings elbow for the DWP has a good seal and double clamped.

Is there a way to pressure test from my strainer to the drive DWP to see if it is the water pickup/hose?

If it is the bellows, would it let this much water in? The water was actually RUNNING over the lip of the transom mount plate on the inside.... WTF?

Larry, He has boxes and does not have to remove the engines to do swivel pin seal, pin and bushings.

I agree with using JRMarine.com for your parts for this repair, he will supply you with everything needed. Your gimbal assembly is easy to remove and do on bench rather than cutting access hole.

My gimble is solid. But, the reason I ruled this out was the height of my drives. My gimble pin is not even in the water when the boat is at rest, the two gimble nuts (that bolt the upper pin) are about 1/2 inch above the water...

Can I block off the DWP and pressurize the system from the drive to the strainer some how?

You will never believe this. Both the shift cable boots are completely rotted!

They are 4-5 weeks old. I assume the Purple Power and bleach I use on the transom as a degreaser was too much for them and ate them up. They were completely rotted like swiss cheese. They were Quicksilver cable kits... Not happy, what a pain in the a$$ to replace.
