What is that, a HP 500? Anybody know what brand lifters they use in those?

What's up with the prop shaft? Did you hit something or was it maybe like that when you got the boat? I know you mentioned you just got it this year. Wonder what the drive looks like inside.

yes it is a hp 500 efi motor and could be ether one my wife seems to rember a time when she thinks we hit some thing. so u like that look i will sell it to u for 15 k lol but really should know more about the inside of the drive and the rest of the block by the end of this week. im hopeing i got lucky and just f'ed up the cam and not the rest and same with the drive hopeing the gears r all goood.

looks like the only thing bad in the drive is the shaft lucked out there and thay might have a lightly used one in stock.[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

Normally thats shaft is a result of throttling oopsies... lol

better then losing a prop when it snaps!!

think i might have bought it that way. like a dummy didnt pull the props when i got it was to excited. and i know i didnt let it free rev.
