Default Canvak waterproofer

Has any one ever used this stuff? If so how long did it take to dry? I applied it 2 weeks ago on my full cover for my 38 and it still hasn't dried. I've had in or warehouse with the heat at 80 deg the entire time. If any one has any suggestions or experience with this stuff please let me know.
