I used it on the tail of my Warrior. First time around it was a little too dark for my liking...so a couple weeks later I wiped it off with lacquer thinner and re-applied. The pic with 4 Warriors has 3 tinted with nite shade and one is a smoked lens. The pic with 6 bikes shows two bike that have original tail lights. Mine has been through a lot...burn outs at the track and burn outs off the track...caked with hot rubber...still looks great!

I have sprayed nights shades too dark and wet sanded it off and re spayed it, it works fine, also a clear coat will help keep it from fading from uv light. Also if you go to dark you can use rubbing compound to slowly lighten it up, then polish it just like paint. Its basically just over thinned black paint.

I also think you can't wait to apply the extra coats. I think once the first coat tacks up you should apply the next coat.

A friend of mine thinned down black paint on his windows and then buffed and cleared them. Worked pretty good, just wondered how the rattle can version works.
