I have a 140 thermostate, what would be the correct thermostate to install ???

Can I use a 180 or should it be higher ????

Stock is a 140 or 160. I wouldn't go any higher than a 160....

Thanks for all the suggestions.
Found a leak between the manifold and risers.
Aluminum EMI Thunders, with stainless bravo risers.
Used Indian Head Sealant and it did the trick.
