Squeaky Sea pump
The sea pump on my 1996 502 Mag is squeaking, but I'm still making water pressure. In a car this means it's dieing so I assume it's the same here?
If that's the case, what are my options other than a $600 replacement? Thanks, Cole |
You can buy the bearings and seals to rebuild it for under $60

Awesome, thanks!
Does anyone offer this as a pre-packaged set or am I better off ordering each piece individually? |

If you buy Merc parts, its closer to $200, impeller included. It is pretty easy but it requires a press.

But you have to have a $60,000.00 machine to get the bearing off.
