Dremels are good tool for what they are intended to be. I too burned up my last one. I used it to cut quite a few speaker holes in fiberglass in a few boats. It served its purpose, but it did get really hot when using it. Instead of getting another one, I just got a die grinder for $30 that will use the small dremel bits.
