Glad to hear you are running, as for the water flow issue, Could be a couple things like scale clogging etc but most of the time it is from running the open riser gaskets vs the restricted riser gasket with the small holes on 2 sides. Supposed to even out water flow.

I just went thru the same issue. Try disconnecting your hoses that lead to your manifolds from the thermostat housing and see if you can get your pinky finger into the thermostat side hole. I had so much fresh water corrosion that I could get only the tip of my pinky in the hole. I removed the thermostat, and using a dremel with a grinding/sanding bit, cleaned all the corrosion out every port. It came off like dried dirt comes off with a hose, took me 15 minutes, and needs little effort. When I was done, half my middle finger fit in there!!! fixed my flow and one hot riser problem completely.

Good idea!! I did not check/clean the thermostat housing when I had it appart. It stayed in the boat. When the weather get nice out again here in Minnesota, thats first on the list. Thank you
