Heat shrink works great as a "clamp" for speedo hose. Cut a little ring of shrink tubing, slide it on the hose, push it onto the fitting, slide the shrink tubing over it, hit it with a heat gun. Let it air cool. Just make sure your shrink tubing isn't longer than the barb on your speedo, else it will shrink the tube completely shut.
