I am looking at purchasing a 2004 30foot Baja Outlaw and it has 496 mag motors with headers but no silent choice. What would it take to add this option so that I can make it quiet when around the docs.

I've got a complete set up used that will work on that boat. How is ist set up now? Thru hull or out the prop? If it's out the prop with a Y pipe you don't have to remove the motors, much easier.

You will need to remove the engines to have the y or u pipe...whatever its called.. installed (I assume that you don't have them), then install the divertors, wiring, etc....also need to make sure your headers are compatible with silent choice...some are not...I'm sure I probably missed a step somewhere...but its a pretty big job..

It is through the hull only right now and I would like to add it out the prop. If I get the boat I would be interested in the parts to do the job. I'm ok with pulling the motors this winter. I don't want mufflers I really like the sound just would liker to be able to shut it off when loading the boat.

Here another option that is very easy to install. I've had a few set and they work great.
