Default Procharger Belt tension?

Is there a correct way to install a Procharger belt? Can making it too tight create serious problems? Obviously don't want it to slip but also don't want to take out bearings.

I have a stage 4, the book says to tighting it until the third line, lines up with noch on bracket. I feel that is too tight so I only have it a little past 2 notchs.
