Default starboard runing cold!

Port motor gets temp just fine, starboard never gets about 105. Pretty much just sits there.
I feel its not the gauge, for two reasons. One it bounces when the key is turned, and most importantly as rich as the motor is running I KNOW it is running in cold mode!
Transom is black and i can smell the excess fuel

Everything visually looks fine, connections etc.
Getting water, all the manifolds are cool to the touch so that is all fine
I have not heard any alarms? should Ieven get one? Whould the codes show?
Could a thermo stat stay stuck open?
What are the thoughts here?
Btw, 1999 Stock Merc 502 mpi's

Guess its time to find the scan tool or software

Sounds like your thermostat is stuck open. Better open than closed
