Do you know the valve spring retainer to guide clearance?

Why is there milky oil in there?Did You contact the manufacturer yet?I have had this happen to a name brand rocker and they replaced them for free,I was told it was from hammering on it before the aluminum came up to temp,I installed the new set and never had a problem again.

I never hammer them cold, and milky oil just because its cold and at the top of the motor, goes away after bringing up to temp

I don't like aluminum rocker arms. I've seen countless failures of different sorts with aluminum.

Get some crower or comp cams hi Tec units. You will not see them cracking.

Now, of the valve train geometry is not right, that's another issue.
