I've had problems with foam filled breather fittings on the valve covers. They become oil saturated and plug. Just run open fittings to flame arrestor or a vent tank and make sure the vent tank is above the valve covers.

would it be bad if my vent tank is level with my valve cover or a little lower, its the highest spot on my transom ??

After reworking my valve covers with K&N breathers and removing the guts from the PCV valves and running those to a puke tank, NO PROBLEMS !!!! Thanks for all the feedback !!!
