Default Is this too much cam?

Edelbrock Performer RPM for a 460 Ford. Stock exhaust with original "glass" mufflers in an 88 Four Winns liberator.
Thinking I would like to use the whole Edelbrock package but with that much duration I'm concerned about reversion.
What yas think?

The 108 LSA is no good for a marine application with a stock style exhaust.
Look for something with a 112 or 114 LSA.
Better yet, spend another hundred bucks and have a custom ground cam by marine kinetics and be done with it.
