Default Fountain Bravo 1 WHAT IS THIS??

This is my first boat with a bravo and I have never seen a part like this. I am a bit of a newbie to the bigger boat scene and I am hoping someone can help me out and tell me what this is. It clamps to the trim ram

it clamps onto one of the trim rams. Mine is on with a beefy stainless hose clap-not sure if its supposed to be done that way, but it was like that when i bought the boat and works just fine. On the outer side of the outdrive, there is a metal cylinder that gets bolted onto the trim ram pin. If you PM me your number or email, i can send you some pics of mine

The cable is a 33C type cable. Here is what is needed for the actuator.
