Default Replacing shifter and throttle

My boat has the all in one unit where you push the button for neutral and it is getting worn and doesn't always work correctly. Prev boat had the separate throttle and gear levers and I want to switch over as I prefer it. How hard is it to do and what would be the best and most economical unit to buy? Look like most run in the $600 to $700 dollar range with a trim button attached. It's a Mercruiser 7.4 330 HP with a Bravo One Single engine Baja 260ES..

I have the Eddie marine elite and love it. I switched from all in ones to separates pretty easy

Looks like there is Eddie Marine, Livorsi and Dana to choose from. Would I need and should I replace throttle and shift cables? Seems like most new boats come with Livorsi.
