It looks like you may have to invest in a set of adjustable guide plates to correct the rocker alignment. Either that or you may be able to cut the existing guide plates and then weld them back together when you get the rockers properly aligned. Regular valve lash adjustment will not correct this issue. I would have the guides checked for wear - pretty good chance they will be egg shaped with the side thrust the rockers were applying to the tips.
