I have an late 02 350. The engine seems to flood itself every time I try to start it. I pulled all plugs on one side of motor and they have a lot of gas on them. At first I though it was the battery's because when I have a jumper on it, it would start but now it doesn't want to at all I also tried with the throttle full open. I put up a video of what happens

im not sure just by looking at a video...but it seems to me since the fuel pump seems to be running almost the entire time i would lean to a bad fuel pressure regulator...its not holding the proper pressure for the injectors to work properly....thats my guess....
i would get a guage on the fuel rail and see what it charges up to and see if it keeps the pressure up there during starting....
