Default Prop for new motor

Having a new engine built, 468 cu.in 500hp builder says to turn it @5,600 rpm, light weight boat, 22' Apache Vhull/Challenger mold
Where should I start with the prop?

25 pitch mirage plus or mirage. Good luck.
