heres Merc's item 4&5, kinda price'y, but Im sure an auto parts place could find you something, you need to drill and tap the fuel rail

My another question. Is it already installed by the Mercriuser or I need to do it?
If I have to do it can I run line with the check valve out of the engine compartment to avoid bleeding it there?

'99 502's. Never had a problem till 4 yrs ago. Last yr it happened every time I went to start the motors (both of them too!) after sitting a a bit, even thought the temps were only in the 80's. Boat is not leaving garage till I do the return lines to tank. Looking at my tank, I have no way to tap into it, so gotta run long 2 hoses up to the fill hose and tee into it there.
A buddy had the check valves installed on his 350's, didn't appear to do any good.
