Default Drive hight

Measured my drive hight and this is what I have From the centre of the torpedo straight line back I am 5 and a half inches below hull ,this is on a twin Engine 28 ft Pantera , I have been told on here that this is a standard drive hight for a pleasure craft , my question is what would be considered a performance inches below hull ,Bravo one drives . Looking for a bit more speed .

I'd call Jo at Pantera and ask him. I'm sure they have plenty of R&D info on that hull.

a pair of 2 inch shorties make more sense than r&r drivetrains and redoing transom cut-outs to raise everything up. plus if u hate the result you can resell the shorties and have it back to stock.
