I forgot about this thread until I saw a link to it today. Boat is a customers and it has come a long way but it is currently at a stall since the beginning of August.

At some time during its past life somebody went wild with a grinder on the boat and painted over their sin. We striped it to bare glass made many repairs and making it flat and true from end to end. All work was done with glass and gel coat with no fillers.

Can you tell me more about the capsizer and other rotisserie ideas? I like what FIXX did and something like that might work very well.

Making some headway with ideas...thanks for all of them...keep noodling and I'll post pictures good or bad as to how this all turns out. Planning on getting started with operation square peg/round hole tomorrow.
