Well yes it is unsafe it is one of the sailboats that get up on its side. Also the owner chose the hack because I said it has to come out of water. +1 Don't see how it can hurt to let the adjuster know what you have been told and seen. It will pass the moral obligation to make a safe repair back to the ins company.

I'd ask myself if I would lose any sleep over not telling him or if some future event might cause me second thoughts about not saying anything. Then ask if you'd ever have a reason to lose sleep over mentioning it to him.
