Thanks for the reply, I was starting to think I was talking to myself. I was able to position my sensor about 8" before the point water is introduced. I have the longer collectors.
I am still learning a lot about fuel injection and tuning. I pulled my ECM off of the motor tonite. I was surprised to see that it had an Arizona Speed & Marine sticker on the backside. Dated year 2000. I was unaware of the ECM being reprogrammed. The Mechanic that installed the Procharger for the original owner was also unaware.
Anyways I am going to stop by Tyler Crocketts shop tomorrow after work and have him take a look at it.

Ran the boat again today, AFR ratios were spot on until I got above 5 lbs. of boost .At 5 lbs. boost I have AFR 11.5, At 7 lbs. of boost I am at 5000 rpms and 80 lbs. of fuel pressure and an AFR of 13.0. I think I may be pushing the limits of my stock injectors?

Very well could be if they are factory. Im not sure what size your factory ones are, but go here and put in the little bit of info and it will tell you a size that you should be running.

Its definitely time to start hunting for larger ones and touching up the tune up afterwards.
Also im not sure why you're seeing 80psi of fuel pressure, that's crazy. We are at 46psi base, and im pretty sure it increases 2 psi per pound of boost.

Well there you go, I wasn't sure of the size like I said, but 42lb injectors aren't going to cut it...as you are figuring out.
Its definitely time to start hunting for larger ones and touching up the tune up afterwards.
