Hey guys,

Sprung a leak this weekend in one of the steering ram lines, was able to grab a used one to get us back on the water, but wanted to know what kind of pressure the Merc power Steering was putting out so I can figure out what some of my options are... This is the 2nd of 4 that have deteriorated and figured I might as well replace the others, but didn't know what all my options were as far as hose and fittings....

I had 3000psi parker hoses made up. There were quite a few threads about line fittings blowing apart from a certain steering supplier.

Thanks Rookie... That's where I was gonna go was Parker.... They did all my other hoses.... I had some hoses made from the west side, SS kind, and they were 2 for $92 bucks....

We are good... Parker hose hooked me up.... To think I paid 92 bucks from said other company, and Parker is charging me 13 bucks for 2 fittings + hose is a way better deal....
