A couple of my buddies including myself have these boats with built-up power. Just curious to hear from anyone else with a modified Stingray 222 Maxim.

I have a 1994 23 ft Stingray but just hull - no motor , no transom assembly, no drive. Cabin is perfect but will need some cockpit interior. Goes to the highest offer. They are somewhat a fast ride for mass production boat and stock power. just throwing it out there if someone really likes the newer hull. If not one day I might re rig it and hopefully make a sleeper out of it.

Those old stingrays are cool, and a pretty fast hull, just not good in rougher water. As has been stated, do a search. People won't touch this thread with a 10 foot pole, nothing to do with Stingray though.......

used to be a guy whos screen name had stingray in it that was building one up, havent heard much from him in awhile!
