Well this week I am going to take the boat back to the engine builder as he said he wanted it back at 10 hrs of run time to change the oil and go over things... What should I ask him to do about the moisture on the valve covers?

Test my water pressure? Make sure the Oil thermostat is hooked up correctly? Test oil temp?
