Default Starboard motor won't start - electrical, fuel?

I have a twin 6.2 liter Sunsation. The last time I ran her, she was running fine. I put her away with a new cover with a lot of rain that we had been having. Now the starboard motor won't start. It turns over but no start. The port side motor is fine. Any suggestions? I was thinking moisture/electrical from the new top? Any help is appreciated.

So it cranks over fine and no fire? Get out the meter and start checking volatges. Check for power at coil. That would be a start.
