Default single SSM 6 drive height? Or who to call?

Ok rigging a 88 10 meter fountain. With a single #6.
I was told to set it up level or +1. Surfacing the prop
But was wondering if it would crab walk or push sideways?
Or if I should put it lower like 2-4 below?
I know I've seen a few guys with single 6s on here.
Any input would be great.
And if anyone has a 6 drive cutout jig I would love to borrow it. I'll pay shipping

On check300 ended up running it pretty much bravo height after moving it the billionth time. Seems it is about 2" below the transoms. Seems the big HP single #6 Activator boats ended up running about 2" below also

If you can't get a hold of check300 or the Activator boys....then also try Saber Marine. Doug at Saber did the final rigging on check300 and he may have the final records too.

Probably won't like being surfaced. Maybe try 1" below to start, you can always add a spacer. My 32 Activator and a couple of the others that have converted to #6 drives have the propshaft about 1" to 2" below the hull.
